Universal Skills is a free online resource that library members can use at home or in the library.  It contains fully comprehensive step-by-step guides for Basic IT Skills - all subject areas for Universal Jobmatch, Job Skills and Universal Credit.

This includes:

  • How to create an email account and fill in online forms
